I changed the shooter from the bear sprite by copying the events and pasting them into a new clown sprite. Every stage has a different background colour. I can pause the game by pressing the (p) key and resume it by pressing again. I changed the loading picture to my own which I made in Gimp by going to Add > Change Global Game Settings > Loading > Show your own image while loading > Change Image. (Screenshot below)

Space Invaders Updated

I made some changes to my space invaders game. First I added a score board. Then I stopped the bear from leaving the room. Next I added an explosion sprite for when the bullet hits the enemy it explodes. I then added an explosion sound. I changed the bullet event so when the bulllets hits the enemy it will get destroyed and I made the speed faster. Now when a enemy hits the shooter it will get destroyed. The enemys increase in speed as they get further down the page. The enemy white ghost changes to a blue ghost and then changes to a skull as they get close to the bottom. I added a monster sprite for when you hit it with a bullet you lose 5 points. An updated screenshot below.

Game Maker: Space Invaders

First I opened Game Maker. I added a bear sprite for the shooter, a ghost sprite for the enemy and a dot sprite for the bullet. I then added the sprites as objects. For the bear object I first added an event for the bear to move to the left and to the right. Next I added another event for the bullet to come from the bear which would be my shooter. For the next object the bullet I set a vertical speed of -2 which would make the bullet go up. Last the ghost object, I added an event for the ghost to move down. I then added a collision event for when the bullet hits the ghost it will get destroyed. I next added a room and set the snap of X and Y to 32. I put in 1 shooter at the bottom of the screen and filled the top with the enemy ghost object. Below is a screen shot.

I made these animations in Game Maker. First I selected a row of pictures. I saved them and opened Gimp. I then re-saved them as a .Gif animation.

Multiple Exposure

I made this picture using picasa. First I selected my two favourite pictures of Lee Harding. Then I clicked collage and chose multi-exposure. I thought this task was easy.

Cat Variations

I used picasa to make a picture grid of a cat. I edited 9 pictures of a cat and saved them into one folder. I selected them all and made a picture grid. I found this task hard because it took a long time to do.

Picture Pile

I done the same thing like i done with the picture grid. This time after I clicked the collage button I clicked picture pile. I chose to put the zebra on the top of the pile and put a black background.

I chose and edited 9 pictures in picasa. I then selected them and clicked collage. I made them into a picture grid of animals. Then put the picture directly onto wordpress as a thumbnail.

Noughts and Crosses

I made this animation in gimp. First I drew a grid and then made a duplicate. I used the duplicate to draw crosses and circles on it. I then cut and pasted crosses and circles onto the grid. I put them into layers to make it an animation.
